Alan Lasser's Game of the Week

The highest rated player in the Amherst Senior Center Chess Club is Cliff Mclaughlin.  The former master isn’t quite fit enough to play in tournaments now, but he can still dish out punishment over the board.  The computer thinks he has something better than getting the two pawns and a rook for two pieces, but the remainder of the game goes very easily for him and finishes me off with a nice simplification.
